I've suspended a subscription but still see it in Autotask, what's the deal?

Manual steps to ensure Autotask is syncing correctly

You need to manually change the expiration date for a subscription to match the date that you suspended it.  

  • Go to the Autotask contract for the subscription and manually set the expiration date to the date that you suspended it.
  • Once the Autotask sync runs at its daily scheduled time you will see the changes reflected
