Products

The products page lists all products that are currently in use by the company, including Azure (organization products) and Microsoft subscriptions (user products).

Clicking on a product will show which resource group Azure products are part of or which users are assigned for Microsoft subscriptions.

Organization products

This lists all organization Azure resources. You do not see resource groups in Spinpanel, but the resource group name is listed with every entry. Clicking into the entries give more information about the Azure resource.
