To do this, select Solutions > Autotask > Customers from the menu and click the customer you want to map. In the Customer side pane you can enter the ID for an Autotask account of type customer and click the Save-button.
The SpinPanel Autotask connector synchronization job needs to validate and finalize the mapping(s). If this is successful, the Autotask account name for the customer will become visible.
You need to repeat this step for every new customer that becomes available in SpinPanel.
