As a distributor you want to give resellers access to Spinpanel to be able to sell services to business to business customers.
Before you begin
- Make sure the reseller is a registered Microsoft customer with an active Microsoft Partner Network (MPN) ID for your business location.
- Make sure the reseller has a CSP relationship with the indirect provider.
- Ask the reseller to have the global administrator credentials for their work account at hand. (user name and password used to sign in as a global admin for Office 365, Microsoft Azure, or Microsoft Dynamics CRM).
Please note that the 'indirect reseller invite link' and the 'customer invite link' are NOT the same and that you use the correct link. Otherwise, you will invite the reseller as a customer and the reseller won't be able to sell to customers!
Create a indirect reseller invite link by logging in to the partner Spinpanel account and clicking the ‘Copy indirect reseller invite link’ button under Relationships > Manage.
Copy the link and send it to the reseller.
Make sure (i) the reseller clicks this link, (ii) signs in as a global admin of the Azure AD tenant, (iii) and allows delegation.
You should now have established the relationship, and this should become visible in Spinpanel. If you do not see the customer right away, try a hard refresh (CTRL + F5) or re-login.
