Select the column sort order. You can select the sort order in columns for sorting information in a specific order.
From the Manage menu on the left-hand side, select one of the menu items. In the middle menu, you can change the sort order in columns using the sort arrow.
- Select the arrow to the right of the column that you want to change the sort order for. The numbered arrow indicates in which order the data is sorted. By default, the first column is used to sort the data in ascending order. This can be changed by clicking the arrows of the remaining unselected columns.
- The first click on the unselected arrow will select that column to include in the sorting order. The arrow turns blue and the number indicates the sort position.
- The second click on a selected arrow will reverse the sort order from ascending to descending. The arrow will face downwards to show the changed sort order.
- The third click on a selected arrow will exclude the column from the sorting order. The arrow turns gray to indicate it is no longer included in the sort order.
