Assign users to a group

Assign users to a Spinpanel, Microsoft Security, or Microsoft 365 group. Group members will inherit group settings such as role or license assignments.

ℹ️ This article applies to Home > Groups > [selected group] > Members > Add memberships

The user performing these operations must be assigned the Spinpanel UserGroup Administrator role.

Assign a user to a group

  1. From the Manage menu on the left-hand side, select Groups.

  2. Select the group by clicking on the name.
  3. Select the Members menu item in the middle menu.
  4. Select Add memberships from the top middle menu.
  5. Select one or more users from the Select users list. You can use the search bar  or scroll through the list. By clicking on the user you can (de)select users.
